Feedback

Once your startup is shared, feedback, comments and suggestions will start rolling in. You’ll be tempted to start ignoring after a while. Don’t do this.

This is your opportunity to listen and learn.

• Reply to every comment and DM (could be as simple as a “thank you”)
• Keep building in public (sharing small incremental improvements/features > not sharing at all)
• Keep posting your launch on as many platform as possible (build once, sell twice)

• [ ] Live support is active and staffed (by me)
• [ ] Stripe transactions are tested/working
