Feedback
Once your startup is shared, feedback, comments and suggestions will start rolling in. You’ll be tempted to start ignoring after a while. Don’t do this.
This is your opportunity to listen and learn.
- Reply to every comment and DM (could be as simple as a “thank you”)
- Keep building in public (sharing small incremental improvements/features > not sharing at all)
- Keep posting your launch on as many platform as possible (build once, sell twice)

- [ ] Lead magnet is properly collecting emails
- [ ] Email sequence is setup and humming
- [ ] Live support is active and staffed (by me)
- [ ] Stripe transactions are tested/working
